Every home is crafted from natural materials – 200 mm STEICO flex natural wood fibre insulation, triple-glazed wooden windows and durable steel roofing. These materials do more than just insulate – they allow the structure to breathe, maintaining a stable indoor climate throughout the year.

The arched structure, free of internal load-bearing walls, creates an open, uninterrupted space and makes full use of every square metre. Thanks to the modular system, each home is assembled in 2–3 days, with a full turnkey finish completed in just 10 days.
